ESJ Towers Multi-million Luxury Redesign

After a $12 million investment by Sol Holidays, this past January 2016 the ESJ Towers Condo-Hotel reopened as ESJ Azul Collection. ESJ Azul’s  ambitious remodeling introduced to the hotel amenities a new bar/lounge, game-room. The rebranding and renovation of this prime location on the Isla Verde beach is the latest story in the emerging Isla Verde luxury experience.

With regards to this reopening, Caribbean Business weekly wrote: “Touted as a vacation ownership/timeshare offering with a hotel component, AZUL features 450 rooms in 17 floors, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes or full kitchens. The redevelopment is the brainchild of Keith St. Clair, a British tr avel-industry veteran who recently moved to Puerto Rico under Acts 20/22. In summer of 2015, an investment group led by St. Clair bought the ESJ Towers property…”
